If Mandatory Evacuation is ordered….Post Disaster (no life treating conditions exist)
First 24 hours after disaster only Emergency Personnel is allowed into area
24 to 48 hours after disaster Property Owners and Business Owners allowed into area
Once in the area, key essential personnel will need a signed letter from the Pastor to be allowed into restricted areas
