Mission Statement

The Office of Young Adult and Campus Ministry (YACM) seeks to foster community among young adults (ages 18-35) for the purpose of discerning our vocations, growing in our Catholic faith, deepening our prayer lives, sharing in the Sacraments, and faithfully living out the Church's call for a New Evangelization. The Office for Young Adult & Campus Ministry in the Diocese of Corpus Christi works in response to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations!" (Matthew 28:19).

The Office of Young Adult/Campus Ministry provides coordination for the ministry to young adult Catholics in the diocese. This office supports parish based young adult ministries and coordinates the campus ministries of the colleges/universities in the diocese. Campus ministry provides Roman Catholic sacramental and pastoral care to students and others associated with selected college/university campuses.
