The Stewardship office builds the community of faith through stewardship of programs to increase the material assets of the diocese and enabling individuals and organizations to practice their own discipleship through support of the Church. The office is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of programs that generate financial support for the diocese including, capital campaigns, endowment funds and planned giving.

The office provides consultation to parishes, schools and other diocesan entities on their stewardship activities, development programs and fund-raising efforts. The office also is responsible for the annual Catbolic Stewardship Appeal that supports the multiple ministries of faith in the diocese.

The office is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate records of diocesan Catholics by parish. The office provides the database to solicit then record pledges and payments for all programs that generate financial support for Diocesan Ministries, programs. and projects.

The Stewardship office serves the diocesan family by educating, assisting, and supporting the stewardship efforts of the parish communities. The mission of the Stewardship office is to educate and convert members of the diocesan community to practice a comprehensive, biblical concept of stewardship and to develop, implement and promote an ongoing stewardship process for the diocese. The office collaborates with pastors, parish pastoral councils, parish finance councils and parish stewardship committees in the implementation of stewardship based on the sharing of time, talent and treasure as a way of life.
