The In-House Legal Counsel provides legal counsel to the Diocese of Corpus Christi, including, but not limited to:
 
·      supervising diocesan Human Resources Department;
·      reviewing diocesan contracts;
·      providing legal consultation to the diocesan Building Commission
·      assisting the Chancellor with the Office of Child & Youth Protection legal matters;
·      assisting diocesan priests in legal matters;
·      collaborating with the diocesan Fiscal Officer in financial legal matters;
·      collaborating with the diocesan Risk Manager; and
·      providing assistance and consultation with matters relating to the Texas Catholic      
       Conference and United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
