No-cost NFP instruction for Catholic women and couples. Distance learning format. Available in English and Spanish.
Catholic Women & Couples NFP [CWCNFP] is a lay-Catholic organization which teaches, without charge, Fertility Awareness and Natural Family Planning [NFP] to adult Catholic women and Catholic couples. Adult Catholic women must be 18 or older. For Catholic couples, either the man or the woman [or both] must be Catholic or registered in a RCIA program.
Instruction begins by giving new students a first exposure to course content on their own, before class, through activities such as readings or watching short lecture videos. Many of these are power-points which are followed by short-answer quizzes. After the self-guided learning is complete, four to five instructor led sessions occur via teleconference. These instructions focus on charting of the woman’s menstrual cycle.
