ENCOUNTERING THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD FOR UNITY AND HUMILITY

Have among yourselves the same attitude that is also yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not regard equality with God something to be grasped.  He humbled himself becoming obedient to death, even death on a cross. Because of this,  God greatly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bend, of those in heaven and on earth and under  the earth,  and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

PRAISE THE LORD

PRAYER, PETITION AND THANKSGIVING

Lord Jesus, Son of the Living God, the Holy One of God, King of endless glory, we bless you, we praise you, we thank you and exalt  you above all, now and forever. Lord Jesus, thank you for all your gifts and blessings. Lord Jesus, I come before you just as I am. I am sorry for all my sins, I repent of my sins: please forgive me. In your name I forgive all others for what they have done against me.  I invite you into my life, Jesus.  I accept you as my Lord, God, Savior, Redeemer and Divine Master. Heal me, change me, strengthen me, in body, spirit, and soul.  Lord, thank you for healing me.  Come, Lord Jesus, cover me with your Precious Blood, and fill me with your Holy Spirit.  I love you, Lord Jesus. I praise you, Jesus, I thank you, Jesus. I shall follow you every day of my life.  Thank you for your kindness and generous love.  Amen.

PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

Oh, Holy Spirit, soul of my soul, I love you, I adore You; enkindle in me the fire of your love and fill me with your heavenly grace!  Holy Spirit, gift from God Most High, living fountain, fire, love and anointing of my soul, be my teacher, be my guide, my consoler, my counselor, my friend, my defender, my protector; sanctify me and enlighten me, and give me fullness of life.  Fill me with thy precious gifts of:  piety, fortitude, the awe of God’s presence, the fear of God, counsel, knowledge, wisdom and understanding, and love for all my brothers and sisters. In everything that I think, say, do, or desire, that it be all for your glory and honor.  Thank you, Holy Spirit.  Everything that I ask and pray is in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  Amen.
