Dear Catholic School Families,
We are pleased to offer an efficient process for parents/guardians wishing to apply for financial tuition assistance for the 2024-2025 school year. We continue to partner with FACTS Management Company to provide our families with a streamlined and customized method to handle financial aid awards. This company serves 9,000 schools and 2 million families throughout the country, including many Catholic dioceses in Texas and in our nation.
With this continued implementation, we ask that all families, wishing to apply for financial tuition assistance for the 2024-2025 school year, complete the required documents provided by FACTS. This process will enable families “most in need” to receive tuition assistance for Catholic education.
Application for financial tuition assistance can be made online using the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Service. The application is user-friendly and the average time spent applying is 22 minutes. If you need help with online computer access, please contact the school office. There is a $40 application fee which is paid by the applicant. One application covers students in multiple schools.
The application process for Cycle I begins on January 29, 2024. All applications must be submitted to FACTS no later than April 24, 2024, to be eligible for tuition assistance for Cycle I.
Cycle II begins May 6, 2024, and ends June 24, 2024. Applications must be completed and processed by FACTS by June 24, 2024, to be considered for Cycle II.
FACTS’ standing in the Catholic school community is well known. They serve schools and families in more than 160 dioceses. Their commitment to the highest level of privacy and security was foremost in our discovery process. Ease of use and convenience for our families were also important factors in our consideration. While the Grant & Aid program will help us in collecting and analyzing the data, the Diocesan Tuition Assistance Cabinet will make the final decision in awarding aid to our families for “diocesan-based awards”. The school will make the final decision in awarding aid to our families for “school-based awards.”

Our continued commitment that a quality Catholic education is accessible to all is certainly helped and supported by funds from the Diocesan Catholic School Financial Tuition Assistance Program. Please note: While we strive to assist families, the funds are limited. These funds are reserved for those families “most in need.” I look forward to serving you and your family in one of our excellent schools where our students are formed in faith, knowledge, and service and where all students SHINE!
Sincerely Yours in Catholic Education,
