Chancery staff at the Diocese of Corpus Christi celebrated Bishop Michael Mulvey's 65th birthday with a luncheon and a cake on Friday, Aug. 22. The bishop's 90-year-old mother Marjorie was present, as she was on Aug. 23, 1949.
